 Crayola washable paints July 28, 2010

This paint is lovely and bright and the kids created some stunning works of art with it! But on the downside it does NOT wash off hands, my children's hands were stained for 2 days before it eventually cleaned off. Washes of the aprons, table etc very easily! Afraid I binned it after the first and only use!!

These come off well, but look out for the blue, it's not as washable as the others! Wash off clothes immediately & use a bit of soap & a cloth to clean little hands & they are fine.

Wish I read all the reviews before I bought these but yes like all the other reviewers I found it very difficult to wash the washable paint of my little two year old. Disappointed as the crayola finger paints are washable but not so good for actual painting.

These paints state that they are washable, which is why I bought them.
However, after a painting afternoon, I can categorically say that they are NOT washable - both my children are now stained all colours of the rainbow despite scrubbing with a nail brush and washing multiple times.
Good bright paints, but not for early painters who get it everywhere.

We made hand and foot prints & now my toddler has stained hands and feet, nothing will remove the blue. wish I'd read these reviews before I bought it.
