My daughter was given this as a present for her 5th birthday and my first complaint was that there is no screen on the back for her to see what her photographs are like as we have come to expect on adult digital cameras. You can only see this when you have hacked through the tough plastic packaging though. Secondly, she clicked away taking photos of all her birthday presents unaware that as there is no flash most of them wouldn't turn out - that is if we ever got them uploaded onto the computer which is a trial to even the most IT literate person! After several attempts on 2 different computers we finally gave up. My daughter then held a small button down on the back of the camera and promptly deleted all the photos she had taken that day anyway!
Only buy this camera if your little one has no idea what to expect from a camera - in which case just give them a disposable one!
