MAKA WAKA WASH OUT October 7, 2008 Mrs. S. A. R. Hitchcock (forest of dean england) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
WELL WHAT A WASH OUT!! I CANNOT BELEIVE YOU CAN SELL A PRODUCT LIKE THIS,I DO NOT KNOW WHO WAS MORE EXCITED ME OR MY DAUGHTER WHEN THE PARCEL ARRIVED TODAY.TO FIND IT WAS A MASS OF PLASTIC,I PERSONALLY AM GOING TO USE THE MAKA PAKA FOR A PEN HOLDER UPSIDE DOWN.AND THE UFF PUFF FOR CLEANING MY DOGS EYES WITH.THAT IS ABOUT WHAT ITS WORTH.PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU MARKET TOYS LIKE THIS AS IT HAS NO REAL FUNCTION AND THERAPUTIC REASONS TO PLAY WITH IT.MY DAUGHTER TOOK ONE LOOK AT IT AND THEN THAT WAS IT .SHE GOT MORE FUN OUT OF PLAYING WITH A PLASTIC JUG. PLEASE DO NOT GET SUCKED IN LIKE ME WITH THE DESCRIPTION AND BUY THIS PRODUCT.SAVE YOUR CASH FOR CHRISTMAS ON A BETTER TOY. SONJA HITCHCOCK A VERY DISSAPOINTED MUMMY AND DAUGHTER.
Where is the sponge and soap??? August 26, 2008 R. Lacey (UK) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My little ones love In The Night Garden and being in the bath, so a Makka Pakka bath toy seemed like an ideal combination. Not so, he doesn't bend but is made of rigid plastic..not much fun as all other bath toys can be squeezed. His uff uff is midly entertaining as it can be squuezed, but the trumpet and Makka Pakka himself are really rather pointless. Where or where is Makka Pakka's sponge and soap..he has OCD and cleans everything with his sponge and soap..so the fact these are missing from this toy seems a huge oversight. Don't buy!!!
Stay Clear - Ruined the Bath July 6, 2008 Mrs. T. Coldwell (UK) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I can't emphasise this enough, please whatever you're doing stay clear of this toy. As well as being a complete waste of money (tupperware from the kitchen provides as much entertainment in the bath) but this has cost us hundreds of pounds, it's completely scratched the bottom of the brand new and spotless bath. The ears/horn thing has embedded into the bath making scratches that I cannot remove, and only the replacement of the bath is now an option. Am currently mid complaint to the company, but don't hold out much hope. Stay clear.

Rubbish November 20, 2007 Robert Pomeroy (UK) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
Absolute rubbish. My son has enjoyed chewing Makka Pakka's uff uff and getting me to blow through the trumpet but I'm afraid Makka Pakka himself is in the recycling bin. Do not waste your money on this unattractive, pointless toy.
