Good but not an essential October 24, 2008 ERV Scott (Hastings, UK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Really easy to use, looks attractive and doesn't take up much room. Not by any means an essential but it does make heating up frozen breast milk a doddle (even dad can manage a feed this way!) and I'm sure I will say the same about frozen food when I get round to that stage. Just remember to check the temperature of the milk before giving it to baby - I have occasionally heated it up too much and it gets very hot indeed.
simple is best April 28, 2008 J. Vernaglione (UK) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Avent have tried to make this too technical. The older, basic model is much better. With this one you have to empty the water out, measure and add 30mls of water each time you want to warm a bottle. This is quite a hassle, especially at 3am! If you don't have exactly the right amount of water the milk will be either too hot or too cold. We had the old version before and wish we hadn't given it away. It didn't have all the push-button whizz, but was much more effective and easier to use.
