'Roll n Go' feature is a pain in the... November 27, 2008 Elizabeth washing basket. This product is not practical if you are trying to teach a baby to drink from an open cup. As other reviewers have stated, the hole acts like a plug hole and the liquid drains right through all layers of upper clothing meaning a change of clothes after a feed. I thought the point of these wipe clean bibs was to help eliminate washing cloth bibs and clothes. If I wanted to take this bib out with me, I would simply fold it in half and put it in my changing bag. Before making your decision, check out the Tommee Tippee Comfi Neck Pelican bib which has a softer neck edging: Tommee Tippee Comfi Neck Pelican Bib Or a Crocodile Creek bib which is made of coated cotton which is wipe clean. This bib is a lot softer and has a Velcro fastening which is also easier to get around a babies neck and also fits more snugly. The bib is also slightly wider on the shoulder to hopefully catch more food when babies turn their heads. The pelican feature doesn't protrude as much as a more rigid design so this may not catch all food that heads south, but is does have a label on the pelican pocket which my son loves to play with and he ends up pulling the pocket into a more open position as he does this. They also come in a nice range of colours and designs: BIB - EVERYWHERE A MOO
Great item for toddlers April 28, 2008 A. Perez (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this lovely bibs for my twins and have to say that they are absolutely fantastic. The hole at the top (that some people mention) is not a problem now because my twins are 18 months old. I would not recommend this item for babies because its wide neck is too large for babies, hence why it will let food stain clothes. I could not do without them now: they are easy to clean, to store, and very, very durable.
the hole is useless, not comfortable, can't get rid of food stain February 13, 2008 Carol (Chigwell, UK) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
I thought this should be quite good until I put this on my daughter who is 6 months old. all the food or liquid always go through to the hole in the middle just under her mouth. So her whole collar is always wet after she used it. Every time I put this on her, she always cry, I think this may be not comfortable for her. This bib is not big enough to cover her shoulder, when she move her head, then all the food go on her shoulder. When I feed her some tomato kind of food, the food stain go on the bib and I couldn't get rid of it.Anyway,I will never use this again.
Excellent. Worth every penny. December 14, 2007 L. Perkinson (London, United Kingdom) My two year old makes a huge mess when feeding himself and these have saved me so much time in washing and cleaning the table and particularly the floor. He has even worked out how to retrieve any dropped bits from the bib. Probably not as much use when they are small and not feeding themselves as they aren't that easy for their wee arms to maneovre around but excellent for when a child is older, gaining more independence and wishes to feed themselves. They are also excellent for taking out. They are easily cleaned. Just a wee rinse under the tap or wiped with a napkin and it is ready to go again.
Great Deal December 9, 2007 Chloe Langan (uk) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
These bibs were great for my daughter - once I had bought these I didn't use any other bib. They work brillianlty and there is no spilage (I don't know what the other reviewer was referring to about some hole????). They are ideal because you can wash them easily and they dry straight away and they fold down so they can go where ever you need them to go. Just great and cheap too.
